1. Overview

This document outlines the terms, conditions, and expectations regarding subscriptions, promotional offers, and automatic renewals for the Swept Dating App (“Swept Dating”). By subscribing to any Swept Dating service or accepting any promotional offer, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these terms, along with our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.


2. Subscription Plans

Swept offers the following subscription plans:

a. Free Plan

  • Cost: $0 (No subscription fee)
  • Features:
    • Limited daily interactions
    • Access to basic matching features
    • Advertisements displayed within the app
    • No access to advanced features (personality analysis or icebreakers)

b. Basic Plan

  • Cost: Clearly displayed within the app subscription page and confirmed at checkout.
  • Features:
    • Unlimited reactions and interactions
    • Limited access to icebreaker tools
    • Complete removal of advertisements

c. Premium Plan

  • Cost: Clearly displayed within the app subscription page and confirmed at checkout.
  • Basic Plan Features, Plus:
    • Unlimited interactions and advanced matching algorithms
    • Full access to all icebreaker tools
    • Full access to personality analysis and enhanced matching insights

Subscription prices are explicitly displayed in-app and confirmed during purchase.


3. Promotional Offers

Swept may periodically provide promotional offers such as introductory pricing or free trials. Details of such promotions will explicitly include:

  • Duration of the promotional offer or free trial
  • Subscription cost after the promotional period ends
  • Clear information on when and how billing begins after the promotion
  • Clear guidance on how and when you can cancel to avoid billing

Example: If Swept offers a 7-day free trial for the Premium Plan:

  • The trial period lasts exactly seven (7) days from subscription initiation
  • After seven days, your subscription automatically converts to a paid Premium Plan at the clearly communicated rate
  • You must cancel your trial subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period to avoid automatic billing

4. Automatic Renewals

All paid subscription plans include automatic renewal:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually) at the current rate unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
  • Swept will charge your designated payment method through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other approved billing services, depending on the Store you used to subscribe to the service.
  • Renewal charges reflect your selected subscription tier and any pricing updates previously communicated by Swept at least 30 days before the renewal date.

5. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to your subscription features until your current billing cycle concludes. Refunds or prorated refunds will not be issued unless required by law.
  • Promotional subscriptions or free trials must be canceled at least 24 hours before expiration to avoid automatic conversion into a paid subscription.

6. Changes to Subscription Terms

Swept reserves the right to modify subscription prices, terms, and conditions. You will be notified clearly via email or in-app communication at least 30 days before any changes take effect. Continued use after notification signifies acceptance of updated terms.


7. Payment Processing and User Responsibility

  • You agree to maintain accurate and current payment information.
  • You authorize Swept to charge your payment method in advance for all subscription-related charges.
  • Payment failures may result in subscription suspension until payment information is updated.

8. User Acknowledgment and Agreement

By subscribing or accepting promotional offers, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Subscription, Offers, and Renewals Terms.
  • You consent explicitly to automatic renewals, trial conversions, and all related billing practices.
  • You understand the cancellation process and timelines to prevent unintended charges.
